Our Penrith Yoga Studio has also been a co-working space since its conception.
Besides our big and beautiful yoga studio floor, balcony, and kitchen, we also have an art studio, workshop space, and private single rooms.
Everyone invited to share space with us regularly is a wonderful human and aligns with our values.
In the past, these included people who served in massage, counseling, therapy, and as artists and healers.

Art Studio - Corner Desk
This 2.4-m desk is located in our art studio, where it is shared with four other people.
We have a sofa, cushions, and coffee table in the middle of the room under where the sun likes to shine in that we all share, as well as full use of the kitchen, bathrooms and balcony.
Investment: $90 a week plus GST (invoiced weekly)
Bond: $360 (one months rent)
Minimum Lease Period: 12 weeks
Inclusions: Internet, water, electricity, and an unlimited Nin Yoga membership
Art Studio - Middle Desk
This 2.4-m desk is located in our art studio, where it is shared with four other people.
We have a sofa, cushions, and coffee table in the middle of the room under where the sun likes to shine in that we all share, as well as full use of the kitchen, bathrooms and balcony.

Workshop Room - Empty Office
This 4.4m x 2.2m sneaky little space overlooks our yoga studio staircase and is attached to our workshop room, where we currently offer clinical Pilates.
This room is much more private and would be suitable for an artist or someone who needs a lot of desk space.
Please note this room comes empty and has floating floorboards.
Investment: $110 a week plus GST (invoiced weekly)
Bond: $440 (one month's rent)
Minimum Lease Period: 12 weeks
Inclusions: Internet, water, electricity, and an unlimited Nin Yoga membership
