Online Zoom Classes
A whole bunch (not all, but many!) of our studio classes are also live streamed via Zoom.
The link is always the same, but you will need to book your spot in in advance so the teacher knows to expect you and mark off your attendance.

How do I get on Zoom?
Book your spot in in a "Livestream" yoga class on our schedule, and then at least 5 minutes before class start time click the link below:

Never been on Zoom?
All good sweet pea! Zoom is the easiest Livestream service to use, because you literally (99% of the time) don't need to do anything except click the link.
Make sure you have space to lay down your yoga mat, some room all around you (if possible), and some props if you like using them (sofa cushions can make excellent bolsters, and hardcover books often work as yoga blocks).
